Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was quite adequate with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a well-stocked bathroom, and a bay window overlooking a water feature. The noise from the main road was a drawback, so aiming for a view of the fountain instead of the street or gas station is advised.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredible, a definite upgrade, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, very accommodating, and the staff were exceptionally nice. The location was so convenient, with helpful directions and suggestions. The dining was awesome, with home-made touches and the facilities were fantastic.
With a kitchen area and separate bedroom, our stay with two young children was very comfortable. The antique-furnished rooms facing the front are a unique touch. Having a small kitchen available was a convenient feature. The hotel offers good service, with friendly and accommodating staff, especially Elisabeth. The location, nestled below the cliff near Petit Champlain neighborhood, is simply great with easy access to Old Quebec. The onsite dining was good, and for an additional $10, it was a great value. Overall, the hotel experience was pleasant and worth the price.
The hotel in Old Quebec offers spacious, modern rooms with a cozy atmosphere but can get warm when the door is closed. The location is perfect, with easy access to the harbor and Old Quebec tourist spots. The dining experience serves delicious continental-style buffets, and the staff provides excellent service, though some inconsistencies were noted. Overall, a great value for money stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room we had, even though it was smaller than expected for a deluxe plus suite. The view was amazing, and the room had a cozy feel like an apartment, complete with a bedroom and a sofa bed. The unique stone-wall added charm to the ambiance. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to assist, making it a great value stay.
The hotel features exposed brick and stone walls, two old-style wood frame windows, lovely wood floors, and plenty of storage with good amenities. It has an almost full kitchen, but the pillar in the center was not convenient at night, especially for bathroom trips.
The hotel's location was fantastic, close to everything, with comfy beds and an amazing bathroom. The royal suite was excellent, but the curved sofa created severe inconvenience. We even had a gas station nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. If I could, I would go back tomorrow. The food at Louise Tavern-Bar was top-notch, and the people were very friendly.
